Greetings! I'm just a new student at 53 yrs old. have not been taught this till a few years ago here are Albuquerque NM. At the University mental health center practice of yoga is taught.Some doctors are beginning to learn non chemical ways of treating mental and physical ailments, but I dont think it is being passed on to the patients too much. We need more doctors to believe how important this is.Would appreciate a reply, and thank you once again

@MickalAngelus - Meditating brings the energy, clarity, and focus ... "work" becomes more natural and effortless, people and circumstances align with you, and wealth and prosperity follow. With these techniques, we can go to the "source" of our energies and start/maintain this chain of events. The analogy is watering and and providing nutrients to the roots of a tree ... the tree still does the job of flowering and creating the fruit.
