Join Susan Bailey, a guest at The INNstitute at Sedona.
Susan has devised a warm up that aligns with the spirit of life, facilitates the unfolding our soul's path.
Hidden in the body's aches and pains lie clues to the unfolding of optimal health. We learn to move through our blocks and ground our soul's purpose in a fun, lighthearted way.
As we move and breathe oxygen vitalizes and strengthens our immune system and whole body.
Energize your life with these healing dance exercises.
Jump start your day with this uplifting and vitalizing dance warm-up.
