Medical and scientific companies meet at the Arab health exhibition congress to showcase their new products and technology. The congress is the biggest event of its kind in the Middle East, attracting over 65,000 healthcare professionals from around the world.
In its 37th year, the Arab Health Exhibition & Congress brings together the world's leading manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors to meet the medical and scientific community from the Middle East and beyond.
It is the largest event of its kind in the Middle East, and the second largest in the world.
Over 3,000 exhibitors from 60 countries took part, introducing new products and technologies to the world of health and science.
[Alan McNulty, Director, Sheffmed]:
"We have developed a HD headlight for surgery. This allows the sergeant to take a recording of the surgery directly to the device or even extremely directly on to a video screen simultaneously at the same time. This allowing them to record the surgery that they have made."
More than 65,000 healthcare professionals from across the world visited the exhibition.

"The visitors at Arab Health are very good, because they are from a medical background and therefor they understand already the medical benefits of the products and we can introduce it to them very well."
The exhibition helps companies evaluate their products and understand the market and their customer's needs.
[Alan McNulty, Director, Sheffmed]:
"The exhibition has been excellent both in terms of letting us know that we have created a product that is right for the market and the interest we have had has been incredible and we are very impressed and we will definitely be coming back again!"
Many of the exhibitors are looking forward to coming back again next year.
