  • Snoop dog needs to die in a horrible death, crucified and burned then have his flesh stripped from his body and fed to the dogs. Oh and cut his ears off too for the dog's pudding!

Pull out his non vital organs and show them to him before he passes out from the pain, then throw him into a volcano!

  • does this actually sound good to anyone?

  • @sheperfilms couldn't of said it better country+rap=CRAP

this is horrible. don't get me wrong i like both Johnny Cash and Snoop, but honestly they bastardized this song

  • @Majunior632 Johnny's last works were him covering other genres.

    I don't think he'd mind.

  • yeh this is pretty terrible. but the remix folsom prison gangstaz with eazy e is a really good johnny cash rap remix.

  • I think there needs to be a lot less negativity. While I agree this isn't the greatest song ever produced, it shines for completely different reasons.

If nothing else, this song brings Johnny Cash to an audience who may have otherwise never heard anything by him. This isn't some DJ making a mash-up, this is a pinnacle of the rap community bringing a classic and legendary country artist to a wider audience.

At the end of the day, I'm all for more people appreciating Johnny Cash.

  • I'm all for cross collabs but this is crap. If anything, they should have kept the country instrumental. Johnny Cash was NOT meant to be over hip hop beats..

  • Johnny Cash and Snoop Dogg? Blasphemy against country, a crime unforgivable in the hearts of every good ole' boy.

  • walk the line and light up a big spliff
