Israel did not "help" the Afghan. The US covertly funded the Taliban against the Soviets. Furthermore, Osama Bin Laden is a CIA asset and was later used as a scapegoat for 9/11 for entry into the Middle East. Saddam Hussein is another CIA asset.

Ask a local Iraqi or Afghan how things are going after 10 years of occupation he will tell you there is no electricity and not enough food or water for them. Why ask the US Military commander?
