Thank you so much for making this. I don't have insurance so I'll do this. My son has insurance but I'd rather not give him all those antibiotics and steroids and inhaler. Thank you again

I didn't have any grapefruit. I hope lemon and orange rind will do. It is simmering now. I will wait and see what happens ; )

Do i sip as much as i can? Then refrigerate the rest for continual sipping through out the day? Or should i ….? Seems like a silly question. It is bedtime for me around here. As i am watching it simmer. I am wondering if i'll be able to drink a quart. ; ) I would think it does it's best work warm. Thank you, kindly

@jenoalltrades I've had it since christmas. Initially I had a fever and felt quite run down. Now its just cosntant coughing, coughing fits...hard to sleep. Feels like there's a gurgling in my lungs when I lay down and breathe out. Finally got to a doctor and he told me it was bronchitis and probably early stage pneumonia. They gave me rotecin shot and amoxicillin pills.

Hi Jen, would tonic water be equivalent to boiling white grapefruit rinds? I love tonic/quinine water. PS, would love to visit and get a foot bath since I have a bad toe due to stuff under the nail.

Thank you very much, getting over a cold now, moving to bronchitis.
I do feel better already after watching you, but still a little sick.
I will try this.
Take care babydoll :)

Hi Jen, real question. I did this last night and drank some this morning after letting it cool. Its real strong, I choked up a little. But it tastes like very potent flat tonic water so I think its right. A few minutes later my stomach started turning and I've felt nauseous for an hour now. I realized it was not organic grapefruit, did I just drink any chemicals that were used in growing the grapefruit? And how much should I drink and how often. Thank you so much. Bronchitis on xmas is no fun :(
