@prnkstr Oh yes! Been there a few times..

@Tamizushi I had to field one in my old job where a customer called because their 'display was broken', and there was 'no sound', just some 'boxes with pictures'.
After asking a few questions of increasing detail I finally figured it out that the customer was staring at a DVD menu.

@Tamizushi I had an actual call where the user's monitor had burst into flames. Seriously. "Pull the plug on the wall and grab a fire extinguisher!" "BUT WHAT ABOUT MY DOCUMENT!!?!?!!" Gack!

I'm a tech support in real like and this video is unfunny cause it's true. :'( The only difference is that I can't hang up, I actually have to deal with people like that.

@Mdude123456789 Easy questions, eh? You try to guide some grandmother through setting up a wireless router through the phone...and then another one, and another one, and another one....it's enough to drive a person mad...
-
@prnkstr oh man, I could only imagine...... getting asked easy questions for a living... sounds like tourture. xS
Sigh....as a former tech support guy I can understand this situation wholeheartedly....you would not believe how borderline retarded some users are..

Umm it's not BBC Channel 4, it's just Channel 4 as it's not owned by the BBC hence the adverts in its programs.

@elementalguy2 Description has been updated...my apologies for not know the differences between Limey broadcasting stations ;-)
I haven't actually watched either channel, so I didn't know about the commercials/adverts.
Was just reading on this, and you have to admit it's an easy mistake (see wikipedia: Channel_4#Conception). Channel 4 came before BBC4, as the 4th channel offered. My bad.
