the old guy is talking about common law!! NO DAMAGED PARTY, NO CLAIM, NO RELIEF CAN BE GRANTED TO THOSE WITH NO CLAIM.

@revoloveution I wish more places would just wake up and say, gee, what we've been doing has NOT been working, so lets try the polar opposite....and then ADMIT that it works. But the people in charge get all butthurt when what they insist works blatantly doesn't.

Ur all naive heartless cunts.. just because someone does drugs don't make them useless or not worth living. Addictions an illness, ur all stereotyping herion users. All drugs are as bad as each other, including weed. Dumb Pricks..

please die please die please die. doh, thanks to this junkie house, he lives to steal another day.
Whatever ones personal opinion is about this they cannot deny it works. We have similar clinics in the Netherlands and the number of heroine addicts is getting smaller every year. It is now mostly the long term addicts who still use this drug, average age 40 years. Our government took it a step further and also provides free clean medical heroine or methadone which turned out to decrease criminal activity by these people almost 100%. Numbers don't lie people.
