Hello rockcrazy that is really beautiful.I liked your videos in the pub too.What sort of mandolin is that is really rings? I've just started learning the mando, have you got any advice other than practice, practice, practice.

Thanks for the comment. My mandolin is made by a English guy by the name of Paul Hathway.You can google him and see a whole load of instruments he makes. I use very thin picks which makes the instrument sound very bright. Also I used the onboard pickup and amplified it for the rvideo, using just a touch of chorus and reverb. And yes, there is no shortcut to practice:) Hope this all helps. Ken
