I guess I'd be concerned about this, but then I tried out this super-tedious maneuver called "listening to the whole quote", and I found that you've taken Romney out of context. He was talking about how people should be well informed to choose the health care plan they think is best for their family, and if they don't like their existing program, they should be able to get off and get on another one, thus "firing" their previous providers. Nice try though.
