Wow you are Beautiful.thanks for posting.i have an 85 year old uncle thats been telling me to drink a shot of apple cider vinegar since i was a boy.im now 51 i thought he was nuts but he is still very healthy and strong at age 85 he dont smoke but he has always drank beer.he also told me there is a vinegar book out there
