@secutorclaudius , LOL at you, hes using lightweight (30lb) because it is only a demonstration u fool, it would be quite hard to see what hes doing if he was maxing out and struggling to do reps when its a tutorial/demonstration, you keep it to 90 degrees because it keeps the tension in ur tricep, when u go all the way down u release the tension, YOU DONT KNOW ANYTHING, and sitting down and standing up is the same thing doesnt matter now get out of here you hater -.-

@AithaKartik "Does Doing overhead triceps decrease the excess weight in my triceps"
There is no such thing as 'spot fat removal'. Working out your arms, or any other body part, doesn't reduce the fat around those areas. You can build/tone muscle with weight lifting, however, to lose body fat you must combine it with cardio and diet.

@dan2876 I appreciate it

@AithaKartik Do power sets with Biceps! I toned my arms heaps by doing these followed by bicep curls without a break. :)

@ScottHermanFitness Hello Mr.Herman.I love ur channel. I got couple of questions. I am overweight. Does Doing overhead triceps decrease the excess weight in my triceps? Does Standing or sitting really matter.

@RhysDyer1 If you perform these in that angle of shoulder placement, you're looking for a one way ticket to snap city. Make sure the shoulder is 90 degrees not bent like his are. Otherwise, good stuff he has on here.

Scott,
Is it better to do it this way than with a curl bar?

Hey any tips on how not to lose balence... I keep losing it...
-
Exhaling is too fast... Release slower to allow the pressure to slowly release and therefore allow yourself more breathing control, no?
Hey I have a few questions:
Would you follow the exact same steps for if you were sitting (aside from the bent knees)?
And, why do you not bend your arms past a 90 degree angle on the way down (behind your head)?
