Trolls citing polls, reword right-wing talking points from the election cycle, and spread hate and ignorance wherever they go... gotta love it. In fact, the economy has been recovering since mid-March of this year. Folks who don't spend 80 percent of their waking hours on YouTube, pulling propaganda & talking points out of their backsides are finding jobs, saving and investing, and are turning the economy around day-by-day, dollar-by-dollar.

Job creation lol.. What paperwork is this mental midget looking at anyway? Business where I live is in the fucking drink. The stimulous pack helped already fat co's hire temp labor and they are repairing roads that dont need it now all over town... Yep, thats how I would ruin America if it were my call too. The current jobs bill gives tax breaks to H1Bs and green card holders who can legally collect unemployment,

American companies will get a tax break for hiring foreigners who can collect unemployment... What started as moving manufacturing abroad, then outsourcing, and hiring foreigners over Americans constitutes "Trickle Out Economics" and nobody seems to realize this is real culprit of why our economy is going down. We need a jobs bill that rewards companies that hire American citizens!

The reason this type of incentive costs nothing to the taxpayer is the cost to taxpayers for unemployed exceeds 25% of average compensation in USA and... employed people pay taxes.

The reason it must be FULL-TIME is, in Asia, it is the only way to prevent "gaming the system".

Another rule is those employed must be on state unemployment registers / data (people seeking jobs and so indicated on state data).

I worked as an advisor to a couple of Asian countries where this incentive works.

Create jobs without taxpayer money by giving employers a 25% of first year employment when they hire:

1. Full-time employees.

2. Increase the number of full-time employes working for the company over prior year.

3. Pay at least as much as prior year average.

4. Hire USA citizens.

The above is similar to incentives in many Asian countries where they think highly of their citizens.

Apparantly, Americans and their politicians do not care about their fellow citizens.
