Where did you get the base hat? And did you glue all of the blue ribbon around it, or did you just wrap it around and glue in one spot?

@SolarSkittles I got the hat at a bridal shop at a deep discount. A lot of times bridal shops will have discontinued hats or hats that just won't sell & you can get them for cheap! I believe I got this hat for $10. I placed the glue in the front so the ribbon would not slide while trying to place it evenly then i placed a spot of glue on the back so it would stay.
