In Nicks Class
Nicks POV:
Mr. Brown, our science teacher, was standing at the front of the room. I could tell he was ready to make some kind of speech or announcement or something or other.
All right students, I have a new project in store for you guys. It involves partnering. As soon he said that everyone started talking and immediately saying I call her! and stuff like that. But before you guys get excited, of course, he just HAD to ruin the joy and fun Im going to be randomly picking names from this hat. All right pair #1 Angela and Ben [A.N. Im just using names from the twilight series lol], pair #2 Jessica and Mike, pair #3 Bella and Edward, pair #4 Sam and Emily I stopped listening after Sam and Emily. I was so tired. I felt like just taking a nap right then and there. I was just dozing off when I heard my name. and last but not least Nick and Stephanie he said.
I had to clean out my ears to check if I heard correctly. Stephanie and Nick, Nick and Stephanie. NO. this was not going to work.
No! I shouted almost jumping out of my desk. At the exact same time that I shouted no I heard Steph shout OK! ugh! Just then the bell rang. I packed my things VERY slowly and walked out. Sanders was still out there waiting for me.
So.Nick.umm.wanna meet up at my house later? she asked. Of course shed want me to meet her at her house. Im Nick Jonas!
No not really I said. Actually not at all.
Stephs POV:
I knew he wouldnt be willing to meet up at my house. I just knew it.
Okthen.your house? I asked. More hopeful. I mean come on. Were gonna have to meet up sooner or later
Yeah. Sure. Whatever. I guess. He said with an exasperated sigh. Gosh he was starting to piiss me off [A.N. I know I spelled piiss wrong]
Look Jonas, I said more firmly. This seemed to catch him off guard. I smiled, satisfied with myself. I dont care if you want me as a partner or not. Because you werent exactly my first choice either, I smiled to myself. That was a complete and utter lie. But, I do care about my grades. So you know what? Whatever problem you have with me, you need to suck it up and get over it because were gonna be seeing each other plenty I smiled. I knew I won this battle.
*Uh—uh—uh—uh ok-k-k-Kay. My house. Tomorrow right after school about 4-ish.* He said. He was shocked and he had every right to be. Hardly anyone saw that side to me. Guess hes a lucky winner. His prize? The wrath of Stephanie Sanders
*Ugh. I cant do it at your house. I have to baby-sit my little sister* I said. Irritated. I just remembered. Why couldnt that maggot watch herself? I love my sister and all but I just won a battle against Nick Jonas and then this road block gets in the way
*Well then your house? Deal?* He asked. His eyebrow raised, God did he look very very attractive right then.
*Yeah. Sure. Whatever. I guess* I said mocking him. Oh the taste of victory is sweet. I smirked
He just smirked back and turned and walked away. I could hear him whisper *woah* I could see him shaking his head in disbelief. Trying to shake off the feeling of .losing a battle. Ha. Please. By the time Im done with him hell be begging me for more. Just you wait. [A.N. New side of Steph. Likey =]? Or No likey =[? ]

Lillys POV:
It was finally time for lunch. I thought the freakin day would never go by fast enough!
*Lilly, can you come to my house tomorrow?* Steph asked. She just popped out of nowhere. Pop! Like popcorn [A.N. Insider]
*Yeah. Sure. Why?* I asked. I mean I didnt mean to be rude but I wanted to know what was up with the sudden urgency.
*Because the Curly Jonas got paired up with me for a project and hes coming to my house tomorrow and I was supposed to baby-sit my little sis. So.?* She said. Not finishing her sentencing because she knew that I would understand where she was going.
