I did this picture for the Cybunny Carnival thing. Anyways, I do not know how to make speed up videos in Sony Vegas AND I would have used Camstudio to try to get better quality... BUT Camstudio likes to freeze up on me.... SO I can't use it normally...
Anyways I hope you like it~

how u do it? i cant draw smooth edges on gimp and where u get the light blue pic in behind? i attempted to trace but it failed, i need a "how to draw neopets" for gimp!!
