Hey everyone, quick update here. Since that video was made way back in October, 2009 I ended up in the hospital during Christmas that year and nearly died from complications with Pseudomonas, a form of pneumonia that can be fatal if not treated properly in time.
It was a long journey back to where I am today - TOTAL REMISSION! Also, I just completed the Insanity Workout program - crazy when I think I couldn't even BREATH not all that long ago!
