The Garfield High School Bulldog Marching Band performing at the East Los Angeles Classic, 1987

The Bulldog Marching Band is performing in the East LA Classic on October 16, 1987. The intent here is solely to document the history of the Bulldog Band-to show to the newest generation of kids, who might view the 1980s as a "long time ago" era, the way this band was in that period under the direction of Mr. Harold Manyweather.

This shows only part of the show-the pieces played that night were: España Cani, Salute to the Olympians, and Drum Machine. Yes, I was part of this band from 1987 until 1990.
