@espeoneeveee The first reason that many people like the Japanese version much better is because many people like the romance between Sakura and Syaoran, but many of their romance scenes were taken out but none between Syaoran and Meling that nobody cared about. The second reason that they took out a couple episodes that ruined the storyline. The third reason that they changed the personalities of Sakura and Syaoran, they made Sakura a bitch and Syaoran a jerk.

I hate the dub so very, very much; but that opening is so kick-ass!! (and yes, I do also love all the original Japanese openings)

and no shirt..Li gave her dry clothes since she got soaked thanks to the river. He didnt want her to get sick and there is no sign of kero giving the shirt to her..why do you people do this to me!?

the butchered the opening so much T.T they aren't even close to what the Japanese are saying..in the opening, she is talking about waking up early and not being able to wait and see her friends..and they changed it to her talking to him about video games!? the hell? and no cute scene about her thinking about yukito, i mean Julian x.x it was soo cute when Kero was wonder why sakura was all red..why take out the adorable parts? and no flash back and kero being worried for her..sad...

@TanyaNguyen129 - in the dub, we don't get to see Meilin's character development, or other characters for that matter. Ironically she actually ends up becoming one of Sakura's best friends.
