American Borders The Bad Deal & Reality That Sucks...

As Americans we are being not looked after even on our own land, these border jumpers can enter our country and we have to suffer the loss of each service that is ours.
Our homeless are sleeping in cardboard boxs as illegal people jump over and use up our structures.
We have bills and still have to look after people who come to America by force.
They done have to prove who they are due to racial profile laws, but as Americans we have to have ID to prove who we are... Some thing is very wrong here.
I came to America from Australia and had to pay a shit load of cash to get a green card, pay for medical checks and the cost of form after form.
I was screened by Homeland Security asked many personal questions so my wife and I could live in the US together.

A border jumper does get proper medical when each American pays a lot of money to get under basic medical.
Homeless people sleep in boxs, a illegal border jumper gets a bed and a hot shower and real food not from the rubbish bin to survive.
Illegal border jumpers have more rights that gives them care better than a person am minimum wage...
An illegal border jumper does not have to show ID because it is classed as racial profiling, but a Legal person who has a greencard has to carry this at all times and show when asked by the law... some thing sucks here.

How can their be an Arizona Immigration Law, if they are letting people jump the fence and don't screen them in the same way Americans are at Airports or the local court house.
The police have their hands tied where the court says set them free, the stranger who has no right to be in our country lawfully.

Americans can not protect their familys children from a ghost a person that does not exist, America has no finger prints, no photo... so a border jumper is free to do as they please.
My fear on this is these border jumpers can deliver drugs, kill our children and family members then jump back over the border as if they did not exist as I said just like being a ghost.
I am afraid the American Government is not protecting me, you or our familys security and the American government is not protecting me and other Any person other than a US citizen, US permanent or temporary legal resident or visitors here under legal visa's who have been welcome to enter.

I feel the government is not protecting us legal immigrants to the full extent of the law... and needs to address its national security of leaks in the border right now and not 6 weeks from now. ( My Parody and My Opinon )

As a Mexican immigrant I can tell you there is no greater frustration then being put through the legal process of obtaining a green card, my family, too suffered during this process, ridiculous amounts of money, all this while paying taxes and insurance. Transfering from one consulate to another, I'd never been so mistreated as I was in the Am. Consulate in Mex., a place overun with insecured Ame. racist treating me and my family as sub-humans, to end up being further judged because of my looks?

I understand this situation can and does happen but it was the people of your past country who made it this way...

It is not only a black white green and yellow issue of race, but how the unfairness of citizens of a country is treated also.

Look at homeless Americans are treated also, who try and make money to feed their children but turn to crime to feed their kids and nd up in jail... some parts of all systems are sub human to all even I have found this as an Immigrant.

Mexicans DO NOT have an easy time entering America.. they do NOT have it easy with the police. ANYONE can call the police on illegal immigrants and they will be arrested, harassed, abused, and thrown back into Mexico, which is normal law, though American border police are especially vicious to ALL immigrants due to pressure from right wing mayors, congressmen, senators, governors, and presidents.

Mexicans come to the USA because corporations keep Mexico from having a fair democratic system.

If you found out that a stranger to you're country was building a bomb to kill your country men and women and children and the bomb was so big you would be killed and all you knew about this person they was Illegal... would you let this happen knowing you and your family friends would be killed?

Of course, you are right. The situation in America before & after 9/11 has affected everyone. The border police are extra rude to anyone at the border who wish to get into the USA, even light skinned people, and on behalf of my fellow Americans I am sorry. America always has been built by immigrants who come here because they love this country. People want to work hard and be paid a fair wage. Laziness almost always means something has gone wrong and is an exception, not the rule.

Okay fairness, but this is another country by border... My rules for living in Australia is not the same in many ways as America or the different states.

Each country has social norms and a way of life, if Mexicans want to change the way they live then it is upto them to work together to bring about change, I am saying in a positive way than feeling repressed and poor old me.

Hello, 1st of all I have a green card and if this is racist, I could have used another culture but I listed one of many.

I could have tried to sneak over the border but the fact was I came here with in the law and done all that was asked by the American Law System.

My in-laws are American so I get some insight into American issues, I would think you would need to look at how Americans get treated in Health, Social Security, Housing... Vs an Illegal now equal by far or fairness.

Thanks for sharing this situation, from the people I have talked to they want people to live in America but they would like to know who the person is, not some stranger who deals drugs or robs homes and then vanish back to their country.

I see you valued your new country America and followed the laws this in honesty you would be proud for doing so even if it was a pain you done it right.

I understand this situation as I came from Australia many thousands of miles away.
