Americans need to boycott walmart first. I have not shopped there in over 5 years. America does not care... they just want their stuff cheap. Most call themselves loyal christians while they exploit children from other countries by shopping at slavemart.

do a search on "slavery china" or "slavery shanxi" to see the REAL slavery in China! Children were abducted and forced to be become slaves or even sex slaves!

This world is so greedy, while a country is reigning supreme with products the other can't even have the ability to sleep, it's things like this that make me doubt there would ever be world peace!!!!

why does everyone knock wal mart for this? shouldn't it be the Chinese governments job to inspect these plants and make sure there paying proper wages and having good working conditions, the USA can do it why cant the Chinese?

they get paid less than 50 cents an hour just so we can have some cheap toy off their sweat...its like their slaves but can go home!! screw wal-mart they can go to hell!!!

If you're interested in this topic you might like to know that Senator Byron Dorgan along with co-sponsoring Senators Lindsey Graham, Sherrod Brown, Bernie Sanders, Russell Feingold and Robert Byrd re-introduced the "Decent Working Conditions and Fair Competition Act" which, when passed will prohibit the import, export or sale of sweatshop goods in the U.S. Call up your representatives and tell them about it.

You can also let Wal-mart know that you as a consumer are aware of their sweatshop practices and that such practices are unacceptable.
