@84lml I totally disagree with you. It is completely irresponsible to race without ever having tested. Money has nothing to do with it, u dont drive F1 either if you cant drive even if you bring millions. Check Club100 and they clearly state that drivers should test before they race. There was another guy on track, the one being lapped here @ 2:29 and again @ 9:38 he admitted never having tested. That's a danger to others and urself, he almost broke my front wheel off by spinning.

Chill Winston.
Let me be clear, being female has nothing to do with it. I race against girls who are bloody quick, and tenacious. I have nothing against girls racing whatsover. However, i beleive it IS dangerous to have people on track with such vastly different abilities. I did not single her out. Its not just the speed difference, its also the unpredictability and unawareness. You can never be certian whether they might suddenly swing into your line. Far safer to do a test day first

to everyone bitching about this:
to ber fair to her??
pretty sure everyone who came racing paid the same amount of money to be there. Check the Buckmore website where it says the races are suited for novices. After you've looked up that word in the dictionary feel free to select a race suited for pro racers next time. That will equal less bitching afterwards and if ure lucky there will be only guys for you to feast ure eyes at since girls obviously make u a bit cranky.
get over yourselves.

To be fair to her, there were a few fellas driving round who were no better. I have no issue with new drivers, we all have to start somewhere, but it can be quite dangerous when the standards are so far apart.
This was a Club100 event, NOT a Buckmore event - the Elite series is run by Buckmore using C100 karts, C100 also run their own races at various circuits, hiring the circuit. Also, the Elite series at Buckmore are for those of us at the top of our hire-karting game. Definitely NOT for novices
I think if you look up the C100 web site you will find races for varying abilities. The driver in this video appears to be reasonable skilled - maybe too much for the level at which he was racing???

@lambstales
Im the driver in the video. I race in C100 sprints and endurance. The overall standard is very high. New drivers are welcome, but it is highly advisable to have some karting experience, whether it is 2 or 4 stroke, and at the very least should try a test day before signing up for a race.
Reasonably skilled??....thanks, not sure whether to take that as a compliment or not ! :-)

Out of curiosity, I checked the Buckmore website. I don't see the open class race advertised there, but the elite series is, and that is essentially the same thing. It makes it quite clear that it's not an event suitable for novices.
