Chef Bill and Sous-Chef Susan make Roasted Stuffed Bell Peppers, using Bill's mother's recipe. Delish. Even Patch likes it.

  • Hey, thanks Bill, my mom used to make these as well and it reminds me to try a batch. Seems to me hers were lying in a bed of tomato sauce whilst cooking.

  • @DEWEYTUBE2009 Susan's mother cooks them that way, too.

  • How cute! That's what I'm going to have for dinner tonight! I made a batch sometime ago. Just letting it defrost and heat it up and dinner is ready. It must be meat loaf bell pepper weather!

I enjoy watching you cook nothing nicer than a man in the kitchen cooking. :)

  • @weeknightingale thanks! lots more of me cooking ... look for "chefbillcooks" on YouTube for the whole series. I had the leftovers for lunch and I would say that it turned out a bit saltier than I care for. But, worth doing again with less salt (or more meat for the same amount of salt.

  • Looks good. I used to make stuffed peppers similar to that. Last few times, though, I've gone the Southwestern style and used green chilis to give them kick. Anyway, thanks for making my mouth water a little.

  • looks delish...and the little green tops are a great idea--also, I recognized Patch from the Clean Plate Club.

  • I love stuffed peppers, I use all colours and stuff them with Quorn mince and various vegetables and sauces. Suitable for Vegetarians of course.

Your recipe looks very interesting so I might adapt it slightly. Worcestershire Sauce isn't vege friendly so I'm looking at alternatives. Put that with some chunky chips and my mouth would be watering!!!!

  • I love Patch.

    I love Meat Loaf.

Love u all, thanks for sharing,

    pcsteve
