Do you recommend having a static CBR rate (example 1.0x , 1.4x) or using a static value on the Qscale-VBR (example ,-11 ,-12, etc) can't decide which settings to fiddle with.. And what benefit it has over one another. Like to know what your opinion are, thanks ahead of time.Great video by the way.

Is there any references on here you can share that would better explain the difference between CBR bitrate and Q-Scale Bitrate?

@yungsonny2700 Q scale is a value in the h.264 codec that controls the bitrate indirectly. With Q scale, the more detail in the shot, the higher the bitrate. The CBR mode attempts to change the Q scale value while shooting to maintain the same bitrate, even if the scene has more or less detail. Sometimes, if the scene has little detail, regardless of what CBR setting you choose it will "max out" at -16. This can make CBR mode unreliable for testing purposes.
