So muss eine Kanku Dai aussehen! Nicht so ein Showprogramm sondern klare, saubere und in einem Bunkai realistisch verwendbare Techniken. Super!!! Hoffentlich kann ich das so auch irgendwann mal....

@sewagedweller I miss being hit for being slow. I totaly agree with you. Last month, a stupid undisciplined 8 years old boy in my dojo went behind my sensei during the training, imitating and mocking him. Sensei did not punish him. He did nothing. I was desiluded. I think most people dont understand karate anymore, and don't respect it.
