Country House in Peccioli - Area Volterra & surrounding

We are in the heart of Tuscany, between Volterra and San Gimignano. This farm is nestled in the green Tuscan countryside and is located in the middle of 39 acres of farming lands, which produce oil and wine with its 700 olive plants and in its 3,000 sqm of vineyard all around the property: the guests can taste and buy oil, wine and the handicraft typical products. The property is located within 490 hectares of wildlife reserve which gives the possibility to make beautiful walks in direct contact with nature. The building is located in a wonderful position overlooking the surrounding valley and, despite the distance, in the sunniest days it is possible to see the sea. The property, completely restored in perfect Tuscan style, has also a typical small restaurant (open from Friday to Sunday), which offers the possibility to have the daily service of breakfast (on request). Finally, at disposal of the guests, there is a large swimming pool with sun terrace, settled in a very panoramic and peaceful position: a perfect place for relaxing and enjoying the breathtaking view on the surrounding hills, olive groves and vineyards.
