Can someone please tell me why, if a guy has a voice like this does he "waste" his time spending years in quebec (I am from Quebec)singing only in french when he could be known world wide. He doesn't have an accent ( Even Celine Dion has an accent) I've known of him for so long but BARELY listened to his music as none of it interested me before. WOW what a song and a voice this guy has. Thanks Garou for stepping it up a few notches!!! I'm a fan now!!
