Cowon has high quality stuff, but the company doesn't help you with anything. Once bought you are stuck to the store where you bought it.

It's depends, if you're the apple lover and like all the rest of the Ipod touch feature(beside music) then keep the ipod. But if you're music lover, you should get the O2. I give the O2 the 9.5/10 sound quality, but ipod touch 7.5/10.

Its 16GB Max (not 32gb which is a bit of a let down)

He said it has SDHC slot. So so far you can use up to 32 GB, when there will be 64GB SDHC, you'll be able to use it either.

Not yet, wait til the ipod touch is dead and not really doing anything and turns out to be more of a novelty then go with a real player like a d2 or a o2, they will always be coming out with something better, heck I still love my d2.
