  • so, what if you are stuck in the mud and need to rock yourself back and forth... wouldnt this completely destroy this?

  • the electromag is still 10x less likely to fail when compared to a arb, rubicon elec/vac lock or a ox lock.

  • @Afrocanuk it's electromagnetic. a magnetic field is generated when an electrical signal is introduced. as long is there's juice going to the diff, the locking mechanism will activate.

  • also you cant go that fast. you have to remember to turn it off

  • This differential uses electro-magnets. One more thing to go wrong.
