Why doesn't he just take the key out?

You can just about see the policeman has very blue lips, like he's going to have a heart attack.

It started out when the policeman tried to move a cyclist in the road, then he tried to man handling a cyclist out of the way, at which point his girlfriend had a go at the policeman, then he tried to arrest his girlfriend when she tried to intervene. Then someone tried to stop him arresting the girl, so he went onto that guy, then the guy in the wheelchair pulled an Andy and lunged for the policeman and totally had him over... the policeman was livid he was taken out by a guy in a disability scooter, hence the police man picking on the guy in a wheelchair, and seeing as he couldn't escape....

It was absolutely crazy how this policeman went from person to person.

If you all acted like law abiding citizens then there wouldn't be a problem. If the first person hadn't obstructed the officer in his line of duty then none of this would have happened. By rights you should all have been arrested for obstruction, but of course that would be a waste of public funds.
