El Grupo la Escalera motivado por el concurso cinematográfico del municipio de La Paz Bolivia "Cóndor de Plata", el año1978 produce su opera prima "HASTA CUANDO", con esta 1º experiencia gana el primer premio del festival de cine el "CONDOR DE PLATA".
(La Escalera Group, motivated by the cinematographic contest of the municipality of La Paz Bolivia " Condor de Plata ", 1978 produces his prime opera "HASTA CUANDO ", with this experience wins the first award of the festival of cinema the " CONDOR DE PLATA ").

Sinopsis Synopsis: es la historia verdadera de un carpintero alcohólico que muere por el consumo, y deja una familia en la más terrible pobreza
