He didn't just mean iraq or north korea. He meant everyone. He didn't mean just hitler, he meant you and me and everyone else.

Tot give you an idea, some studies suggest Hussein may have murdered up to 2 million of his own people during his 20+ year reign. Now we're finding that sanctions have killed 2+ million and that the occupation of iraq may also have killed 1+ million in total. At the end of the day you have to realize that... ther'es no way to bring peace there without killing people.

What people forget is that whole region is full of violence. YOu can't make peace there without killing thousands of people. Either the government kills them or a foreign power kills them. They're not much different from the genocides we see in africa.. they're very brutal.
