This performance also got a standing ovation from Broadway artists and the Broadway faithful - Carrie is singing in character so for those of you who don't know the Little Shop of Horrors really can't comment on this performance

song speed is too slow.

Yeah the pitch was definitely messed with that was horrible. The right version sounds good.

This is not Carrie Underwood.
-
That was amazing!
-
No, it's her....the voice is low because it was modulated lower.
-
Oh yah, its Carrie, she's just trying to sound a little bit like Kerry Butler (Kerry Butler played Audrey in a former prduction of the play, in case somone didn't know)

i don't think this is carrie. i no hear voice and this isn't her voice!!
-
because this performance has been modulated, so her voice is lower and sounds terrible. i dont know why the owner of this video did that, but if you go and listen to another version thats available on here, you'll hear it in the right key and definitely recognize Carrie's voice, and she sounds spectacular!

Oh God. I don't think she's ever seen the show.
What i think happened was the person who sent me the mp3 messed with the audio trying to make Carrie sound more like Ellen Greene.
