Ubercapitalist RE4 Castle 333870 Part 1 (Retro)

Part 1 of 2. Nothing new, just a better quality version of my old world record videotape from October 2006. Yankichi took his record back in November 2006. Digitally remastered in color, with full monaural audio!

333870 points, 289 kills and combo. Bonus kills 18+22+22. Resident Evil 4, NTSC Gamecube. This was the world record from October 19th to November 10th, 2006.

The first part of this run didn't go so great. My standard for entering the first door is 92 kills at 1:39 to 1:42. One scythe zealot did not appear after kill 47, and I didn't get enough hand grenades to quickly make kills after returning to the lowest staircase. So, I was about 5 second and 1 kill off my pace when I entered the 1st door. Timing the grenade throw after kill 27 to stun the garrador and place him in a position to be shot took a lot of practice : ) I killed too many zealots earlier to get a great 1st chest bonus kill count. I still don't know if it is better to kill those enemies early and get upstairs quicker, or to keep them alive like Yankichi does and get an awesome bonus kill count while moving slower.

haha, that trick was pretty nice near the end where you keep making them spawn between the stairs and that door that opens. ^__^

i never even played resident evil 4 before. should have before i sold my ps2 and gamecube for xbox 360. i have resident evil 5 though. the mercenaries is insane. need to play re4 to see the difference.
