the key to good results is strong lighting but not too strong but strong enough to eliminate the unwanted little details

@lamontatkins He didnt use filters.. he uses illustrator. There is a line search option which makes each picture into vectors, and thats how he can detach himself off that wall so easy..

@artocamera I think there's a bit of artistic sense in the pointed finger moving up and down. Definitely imaginative and worth the effort....

I actually didn't use a plugin, but I did use Adobe After Effects 7.0 and Adobe Illustrator CS2. You can find the instructions on CreativeCow . net by searching for "Cartoonification". Good luck!
