About TEDx, x = independently organized
event:

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local,
self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like
experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine
to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local,
self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently
organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for
the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.*

How wonderful and articulate you are! I wish there were more strong young men like you who know that part of being a man is being a kind man, being the change in society to address violence against women and violence against humanity.

if you greet a group of women by saying "hey ladies" instead of "hey guys" you take a much bigger chance of being viewed as creepy. There's more to his first bit than just equality issues.

I hope you're not referring to the video, almost everything I heard him saying was that men aren't raised to understand things and that we, and the people around us, suffer for it. I quite agree with what I heard.

Take a closer work I am a part of, the work is directly about the problems, pressures and costs for men & boys in our society worldwide. The gender-tightrope men & boys are forced to walk on a daily basis is impacting us all. Creating the freedom to be who we are means redefining ideas of what it means to be a man, Check out some of my posts at Higher Unlearning online!

I think you mean the encourgement of the state be a single mom rather than decency to actually stick around.
