HARRP Rings to produce STRONG STORMS NEXT 24-48 HOURS MINNEAPOLIS, OMAHA, CHICAGO, WISCONSIN, LA.

August 17th around 11:30 PM, noticing HARRP rings near Minneapolis MN that will produce STRONG storms withing the next few days Aug 18th and Aug 19th. While at the same time in Omaha HF returns appear and as well are noticed in Illinois and Wisconsin. Though no storms are in the LA region; a HARRP ring is spotted off the Pacific Ocean that will lead to strong storms withing 48 to 72 hours. Please spread the word PEOPLE. Weather Modification is taking place, and we must warn our peers.

Wow! Hardly any hollow centre. I wonder how/why it differs from the usual? Obviously testing different types of effects. Has anyone tracked the different types of "rings/rays" as identified by dutch and others...and the resulting differences in their effects? The best summary I have ever heard of HAARP and it's abilities/potentialities was a little over a week ago with Nick Begitch on CTCAM. Scared the crap out of me....

good catch!!! this area WILL get some kind of severe weather in the next 24 to 48... that is the same kind of ring that appeared over hopkinsville a few months back before the tornadoes! I sure hope nothing happens.. but 9 times out of 10 .. this means severe is coming DIRECT to the center of duluth to minneapolis !
