In wake of E-coli , it is always recommended to steam your sprouts for 3 to 4 minutes.
Contrary to our believes it does not result in loss of nutrients.
Steam helps in opening up of cellular structure and real ease the nutrients which are easily absorbed by our body.

@seoul588 Thanks! Glad you like the video. The lentils were bought in the grocery store. The wheat berries are organic and bought from a farmer and the mung beans are organic and we got them at a health food type grocery store.

@kapanzoe I think they are red but you can use any variety of wheat berries--all works the same way...always best if they are organic, however.
