This was directly after I completed week 5 day 3 of the c25k program recorded with iphone 4.

This week consists of a 5 min warmup (walk) 20 min jog - 5 min cooldown (walk). When I was done total distance I went was a little over 2.50 miles with my walking included in the total.

I jogged the whole 20 min without stopping! Such a milestone! If you are doing C25K, and you're worried about w5.d3 here is some advice: no matter what..do not stop jogging. If you start to tire, slow your pace down a little but KEEP going! My fitness level has raised significantly since starting c25k and I've dropped about 12 pounds.

I was worried about doing this day, thought I couldn't but I did! I believe if I can complete this one, anyone can!
