John continues the tour of the FDHAS December 09 show in Allentown, PA. Exotic weapons are seen and described in the first part of this video; featured are a Singer U.S. .45 M1911 pistol, USMC Johnson semi-automatic rifles, multi-barrel pistols, the rarest German WWII sniper rifles, and the tiny Kolibri 2.7mm pistols, smaller than a cigarette lighter.

  • How much would an 1894 model winchester cost?

  • @ImakeUgoLOL How much is a used Packard?

  • how much is a colt m1911 from one of these shows?

  • @tippman2k01 it depends...

  • @tippman2k01 Sorry I didn't record any of the prices, didn't pay attention. The prices often aren't firm anyway, they may be listed high but especially if the tag looks faded, you make an offer. A few dealers don't like offers but most expect them and it becomes a negotiation. Many gun show dealers overprice by 10% or so because they know patrons will want to make offers no matter what. Go to a gun show with cash and you are in a better position than someone who has checks or plastic.

  • I myself am a European Gun enthusiast, with a primary interest in German WWII firearms. Despite not being of age to buy a firearm, how much do you think an actual WWI/II c96 Mauser ( 3:45 ) would cost? Also, how much would a working replica cost?

  • @ParadiseNigh I dont' really keep track of the prices but all depends on condition for the collectors, If you don't insist on a lot of original blueing you can get a "shooter" grade for maybe $500 USD, or maybe $600. If you want over 90% blue and all matching numbers, good bore, etc. you would probably need over $1000. USD. Check "gunbroker" and "auctionarms" and see what they are selling for these days.

  • Really good video, actually you could made this a short tv show! outstanding knowledge

  • you are a lucky man here in greece if you have weapons they consider you criminal !!! weapons to the people !!!

  • Unless the springer sucks cock then it's way over priced.

  • I want one of tha 1911s

  • @evanatromitoszarsaz

Your half way correct. Johnson firearms also had a competitor for the M1 Garand. Those rifles were their entry. The Johnson LMG that you are referring to had the same fate. Melvin Johnson was later asked to assist in the development of the Ar-10 and the original AR-15.

  • i thought the johnson was an american ww2 machine gun?

  • @ImakeUgoLOL Depends how much of the original bluing is left.

  • the four barreled pistols are technically pepper boxes too

  • I'd sell a fucking kidney to go to this show. :c
