@syedkhan555 I would try right clicking on it and reformatting the drive. First check "Quick format" and then OK, and it will erase it and you can try again. If not, its junk and try to get a new one. We guarantee ours for 1 year. Good luck!

@bboma62 And I bet you got it on eBay for $20 and free shipping? That is where the factory rejects are sold to people who think they are getting a great deal. Not much of a great deal when it stops working! We guarantee ours for a year, so check us out next time!

Hmmm, that's illegal and we do not suggest anyone do that; if you are caught doing that, or using it illegally on people, you will be in big trouble. This model is now discontinued, and our new one is a 3GP format with awesome clear photos. Check out the link above for sample videos and photos.
