CNN Youtube GOP Debate Question: Conservative failed Values

My name is Edwin Rutsch and I live in El Cerrito, California. Over the past several years there's been a lot of talk about Values by the Republicans. My question for the candidates is: What are the underlying Conservative Values that have failed and lead the United States into this terrible War and Occupation of Iraq?

Failed? Have you been to Iraq? I have. I served a year there...didn't look like we were failing to me. You need to stop listening to liberal propaganda like CNN and MSNBC. The Iraqi's asked me why the American media never reports the good news from Iraq. Kinda shoots your question out of the water doesn't it? Get a life

I'd hate to see what you think conservative failure is. Perhaps Germany after WWII?  70 percent of America thinks the country is going the wrong direction.. that's conservative failure. The 20 percent of the population that's hard core conservative to the core will of course know in their heart they failed, but never admit it.

failed liberal attempt to pretend to be a republican. No one should be a war party, and no one considers the genocide that occured before we went in. I have seens so many responses by the Iraqi people that are positive towards us, compared to the TERRORISTs who want to destroy us, some of which probably have youtube accounts. Ive seen posts that say 'rise up iranian brothers,' if we go to war with IRan, which we will, it won't be bush doing it. it will be Mrs. Clinton

Fear seems to be another Republican value.. Instilling fear about the TERRORISTS. Why do Republicans and Conservatives value fear so much? Instead of using reason and persuasion to work out the problems together with our allies. Perhaps because it is a way for conservatives to gain personal power, which seems to be the overriding Conservative value.

BTW. I don't see anyone here pretending to be a republican.
