I don't think that hydrogen can "dissolve" in water, it reacts with pure o2 forming water. The pure o2 is forming on the 2 plates to the right and left far from the wire so it does not touch the hydrogen. The bubbles are very small so they are able to move from the water to the air much faster and more consistently than if there were large bubbles.
Go to the store and get picture hanging wire..and the plates are just two 6 by 12" stainless ... the plates are only half submerged... You can reach me at "johnaarons at hyderogen tap dot com ...John AArons
I am having difficulty obtaining some thin Stainless wire John, I thought maybe point 6 mil mig wire... What did you use? Also, when you made this video you only showed the fin, would've liked to see the plates as well??
Glad to hear that... try not to reinvent the light bulb. I believe that the answer is in the thin wire and the fact that the (+) is outside... let me know what happens... John AArons
i am making a center cell of holy stainless steel plates... in a cross., insulating the sides and running SS Mig wire round the outside. Will let you know what it produces...
The clean,rust resistand properties of the stainles plates are also restricting the flow of energie,the conductivitie has to be increase.the scum can be clean.Copper ....
more wire...more positive plates...more alternating between the positive plates and higher voltage and less amps..and then a vacuum chanber for hydrogen release, becuase now you are just desolving the hydrogen in the water again as its released..
You are right about Hydrogen... it cant dissolve.. John AArons

This test stands on its own... don't confuse it with other plates.. John AArons

I don't understand that comment... but I can see you don't understand the cell I am testing... so we are even...thanks..

Well John, you know im all for this angle..

wire=more surface area...surface=hydrogen
