Naomi Oreskes, professor of history and science studies at the University of California, San Diego and adjunct professor of geosciences at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography, holds degrees in geological science and the history of science. She took a break during the 2011 Stephen Schneider Symposium on Climate Change to describe some of her current research.
