It is called a niche, not a canyon, for a reason. Often agents look at a niche as a handy cap or limiting, but it's just the opposite. It's a connector and it attracts. Your points are well taken. Trying to be everything is being nothing. The neighborhood is where it's at. If you think about it from the search engine perspective. People don't look for homes in "everywhere".
