  • ehh i like it but instead of having to open the case over and over again to access the keyboard id rather have one that would move with the keyboard...

  • I like the case but if I didnt want the qwerty key board then I would have gotten the mytouch

  • the whole point of the G1 compared to some other smart-phones is the physical keyboard. So what's the point of making it difficult to use it. A much better idea would be to make a case similar to the hard plastic ones, but instead thin metal. I would actually buy that.

  • No I hardly ever use a remote at all...but I still think it's not a very convenient thing...but as you say if you're in the construction business it would be a good thing...but not for everyday use really...I would imagine one would need another kind of case for days when you're not on the construction site...I assume then that you work in construction....

  • When you work in jobs such as construction, this case is actually very practical. I can answer the phone, read mail & text, and do many other things without having an open case. The screen guard keeps items in my pockets from scratching the screen and helps against debris hitting my hip and damaging the phone. You can open the case and use it just fine. When in a safe area remove the case. How is this difficult? I bet you're the kinda person who uses a remote for their car stereo, arent you.

  • I have the case and it isnt too bad. Knowing the screen won't ever break is worth the annoyance of having to open and close it. I also modded mine using a rotary tool to cut the bottom portion of the screen protector and glued it onto the base so that only the screen portion above the home keys swings open. It works much better this way and keeps the phone securely in the case.

  • looks 2 thick.
