Mark Smith demonstrates a BrainAvatar neurofeedback protocol combining live z-score training (surface EEG) with live sLORETA (Standardized Low Resolution Electromagnetic Tomography) brain neurofeedback of the poster cingulate gyrus. This technology is 1000x faster than using an fMRI machine for brain biofeedback (30 millisecond versus 30 second response time), has slightly less spatial resolution (5 mm versus 1 mm voxels) and is also 1000x cheaper ($10K versus $10M).
