I will answer your questions in the style and manner as if you were one of my bros or close homies. With that said, if you ask a noob question - I may give you an answer you might not like! But that's tough love brother! It's my show and I'm keeping it BADASS.

I'll do my BEST to answer questions in 1-2 minutes, so with that said, they'll be pretty short but definitely to the point! MOST IMPORTANTLY they'll be REAL... no BS, no "you need this supplement" crap, and not like the stuff you read on EVERY DAMN annoying beginner bodybuilding article. MATT VERSUS is a documentary style series which follows my journey to a natural bodybuilding competition on July 16, 2011. I began my 15 week process 4/2/11 and began filming at around 12 weeks out.

  • Lol I can't believe you had a food dream 10.5 weeks out! I had my first one around 6 weeks out & I woke up in a sweat and felt guilty & had to go check my kitchen to make sure it wasn't real -___-

  • @YourMomMyBed yeah bud.. think of it like this.. if anything, 1,000 calories ISN'T enough to grow muscle or even maintain it.... period unless you like to be weak/small. losing 7 lbs in 1 week... well if its TRULY 7 lbs... (meaning weighed yourself nude, morning, after pissing/pooing both times) is in my opinion... a lot! unless you did some sort of crazy colon cleanse detox... I'm losing 2-2.5 lbs per week. less every week I go on.

  • @YourMomMyBed well bro - a video and/or pictures would help... a LOT lol. No idea whatcha look like bud. Naturally-yes I think that's just too low calories. You know how the gov/healthcare providers and all foods are based off the 2,000 calorie diet... for an ACTIVE person, who's both lifting weights AND doing cardio, in my opinion 1,000 calories is crazy low. are you weighing the food and you're ACTUALLY taking in 1000 or guessing?
