you mentioned that wallpaper paste has an anti-fungal agent. The thing is, I'm working on a project and I need the papier mache to last for a long time. Hopefully a few years. Would this type of paste work or will I have to worry about my project molding from the inside out? Is there anything better that I can use that has little chance of molding (I'm sure everything will mold at some point)?

i tried this and than tried just plane glue i like the plane glue

she said a ration of 4 to 1 - your formula does not reflect that. Try 4x+y=z. You have just told people to make sure there is more glue than water.
