PS3 NAT3-NAT2 made very easy

this is an informative video on how to change your PS3 NAT type from 3 to 2 in order to play with other players worldwide as well as participate in chat rooms.

UPDATE: i have just discovered that this also works for wireless users.

the window pops up with username and password and i type 'admin' , but it doesn't work?
